Boosting Fertility through the Power of Your Mind

Most people are unaware of how difficult it might be to get pregnant. In fact, most people are convinced it is too easy, and more attention is focused on the problems of avoiding pregnancy rather than encouraging it.
But for couples who long for a child and find themselves unable to conceive, the difficulty of conception can become a very lonely place. The stress of infertility impacts all areas of their life – social, financial, physical, emotional and can create a lot of tension in their relationship.
Infertility can lead to an exceptionally high mental and emotional anxiety. Studies have shown that psychological stress impacts the female reproduction organs including ovaries, follicles and oocytes. Additionally, increased levels of stress hormones such as cortisol reduce estradiol production which results in deterioration of egg quality and a negative impact on the ovulation cycle and menstruation. Higher levels of stress in general are associated with a longer time-to-pregnancy (TTP) and increased risk of infertility in both men and women.

But how can we enhance fertility by taking the mind-body connection to the next level?

Creative visualization is one of the easiest ways to enhance your conception success. It is a mental process of creating visual imagery of the goal or state that you want to achieve. It includes experiencing the emotions and feelings associated with the desired outcome, in this case a pregnancy. This elevates your internal and external vibrations and releases any resistance in the physical body, allowing for conception to take place naturally.
Connecting with the energy of the baby is another technique that is helpful in preparing the energetic body of the mother for pregnancy. It helps women connect with and clear the way for the baby to transition from spiritual to the physical realm. During this process, the future mothers connect to the energetic frequency of the baby through raising their own vibration.
