Confidence is a state of mind. When we feel confident, we accept ourselves and believe in our abilities. When we don't, we can become stressed, anxious, unfulfilled and ultimately, unhappy. This lack of confidence can hold us back from developing both personally and professionally.

Hypnosis has been used by therapists for over a century to successfully enhance confidence and help people become more self-reliant. By strengthening general coping abilities and reducing worry and anxiety, it helps people gain a deeper sense of mastery and confidence.

I often discover during my practice that people with low self-esteem have typically been criticized by parents or other significant individuals in their early lives, and they have incorporated this criticism into their self-image, resulting in low self-confidence and unjustified fear of judgement. These fears lie at the subconscious level and are often unexplored or misunderstood by clients.

 

In the therapy session, we trace back the destructive criticisms the clients have unconsciously been holding on to, using advanced and highly effective healing modalities. After we have uncovered some or many of the origins of the low self-esteem on a subconscious level, we release, clear and integrate them and with this process they will no longer have any negative impact on your current life experience. Simply put, hypnosis can be a very powerful tool for targeting the root cause of low self-esteem.

During the session, we will be also be working at directly or indirectly enhancing your self-esteem by guiding you to focus on your underlying strengths, virtues and positive qualities. This way we can release the negative blocks and expand your positive aspects.

As well as being able to help improve your overall confidence and reduce insecurities, hypnosis can also help improve your confidence and self-belief around specific areas, such as in work or relationships, or to boost your confidence around a specific goal such as taking a driving test, applying for a promotion or giving a presentation.
