HYPNOFERTILITY - THERAPEUTIC FERTILITY SUPPORT PROGRAMME

Newborn Baby, Fertility, Infertility, Hypnotherapy

Infertility can be a lonely place. You may feel that no one understands what you and your partner are going through and that there is no support available to you during this very emotional time in your life.

Infertility is not just a physical issue, and it has been widely recognized that mental and emotional components play a vital role in a successful conception. Feelings, emotions, fears, frustrations, anxieties and stress are all major factors that can prevent a woman from conceiving or having a successful pregnancy. For example stress during embryo transfer can reduce the success rate of IVF, and many women experience stress from fear that the treatment will fail, or that the transfer will be painful.

Hypnosis is a very effective way of helping people become optimally fertile.

During the HypnoFertility programme, our focus is on bringing you into a deep alignment within yourself and bringing you into a heart-centred state that will allow you to conceive your baby.

You will learn to regain trust and self-confidence in your body, release any subconscious blocks or fears about pregnancy, birth and motherhood, re-set your body into the conception mode and be prepared on a subconscious level to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy and birth.

HypnoFertility is a therapeutic fertility support programme, creating a body-mind-soul connection, with the ultimate goal of helping you conceive a baby. The programme is carefully tailor made to each client’s specific situation and can include:

  • Transformational Hypnotherapy to deal with any emotions, blocks and fears that get in the way of conception

  • Healing Hypnotherapy for Endometriosis, Fibroids or PCOS

  • Therapeutic support pre-IVF, during and post IVF to achieve successful conception

  • Suggestion Therapy for preparing the womb for conception

  • Regression therapy to heal emotional blocks and grief due to past miscarriages or abortions

  • Therapeutic Support during ongoing assisted reproduction treatments

  • Therapeutic techniques to help with fear and anxiety after a failed IVF treatment

  • Healing the physical and emotional body after D&C

  • Age regression therapy to heal any wounds from the past that prevent conception

  • Therapeutic support post-conception to maintain a healthy pregnancy

  • Therapeutic support after a miscarriage

  • Therapeutic support for morning sickness and physical discomfort during pregnancy

During and after the HypnoFerlity programme, you will feel renewed hope and optimism on your fertility journey. You will see your mind, body and womb as optimally healthy and ready for a baby – physically and emotionally.

The techniques that we will work with will help you change the patterns of behaviour that are not serving you and your efforts to get pregnant. You will grow in strength, resilience and optimism.

Entering into IVF or other fertility treatments with hypnotherapy skills by your side will make you feel fully prepared mentally and physically to embrace the experience.

However if you have a diagnosed medical condition, please remember that while alternative health protocols are beneficial, they should be used in conjunction with, and not as a replacement for, traditional medical care.

HypnoFertility effectiveness research:

  • A study published in the Journal of The American Medical Women's Association showed that 42% of 132 women experiencing difficulty becoming pregnant conceived within six months of completing a mind/body programme.

  • A study published in Fertility And Sterility Journal found that 55% of the previously infertile women who used mind/body techniques conceived, compared with 20% of the control group who didn't use these techniques

  • An Israeli study of 185 women showed that the success rate of IVF treatments doubled from 14% to 28% when the subjects underwent hypnosis during implantation

  • Dr. Eliahu Levitas of Soroka University Medical Center in Beer Sheva and his colleagues published their study in May 2006 in the Journal of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and found that hypnosis helped a woman’s uterus to remain relaxed, allowing the embryo to implant more easily.  It is also possible, he says, that hypnosis produced changes in the immune or hormonal uterine function resulting in “an improvement in the interaction between the blastocyst and the endometrium,” or the lining of the uterus. This study suggests that the use of hypnosis during ET may significantly improve the IVF-ET cycle outcome in terms of increased implantation and clinical pregnancy rates
